External Recruiters *could* be useless if companies utilized an effective employee referral program.
But I ain't going anywhere because most dont!
So when it's done right, it's incredibly effective as most employees want to work with other great people who align with their culture and values.
(please don't "like bias" @ me either- Im assuming that most orgs are relatively diverse)
