This is the most important thing I've learned from interviewing other entrepreneurs on what it takes to really be one:
The ability to listen to your audience/customer and pivot.
To unpack that a bit means getting out of your own head (and ego) and being in tune with your customers and the market to understand what it wants.
And if you need to, pivot in that direction.
If you don't, you will most likely fail.
