Most people think "networking" is exchanging business cards and asking "so, what do you do?". When in fact the real magic happens when you actually connect with someone and listen to who they are and finding ways to provide mutual value.
And no, you do not have to become best friends or even friends with them, but connect as humans, one to one.
From that point, everything else opens up.
Adam Holtzer, Co-Founder and CWO of WHOGGGA is a master connector. (I think that's why he and I hit it off immediately). He invited me into his tribe with open arms and it's been a fantastic experience to watch and learn from him and connect with a great group of NYC area locals.
On this episode we are going to do things a bit different. I will spend some time upfront talking with Adam directly about his background and approach to connecting. Then I will turn the mic over to Adam and invite a group of our tribe on and show all of you, live, how Adam runs our meet ups....an inside look that will hopefully inspire YOU in your connection efforts.
