Job seekers, No one wants to suck.
But you are going to suck at most new things in life. Especially if this is your first time on the job market. The trials and tribulations of these attempts, successes, and failures form the character of who you are.
I call these the "Calliusus of Life."
These experiences make us stronger and more resilient, and if we truly learn from them, we will be much better next time. As Chris Do so eloquently states in this clip, so many of us are scared to step to the edge of the unknown and take the next step to the other side.
Eventually, you get less bad at the things that you do. Plus, these experiences make for great stories, especially around our accomplishments.
When it comes to the job search, many are scared to try a new tactic to move the needle. Maybe it's recording a video or writing a thought leadership piece.
There really is no way to move forward unless you take a step into the unknown.
Because THAT is where growth happens.
And that is exactly what we do at PNT Labs- we are your sherpa over the "Bridge of the Unknown" to the otherside of job search success.
And yeah, there is real magic on the other side.
