David A. Crawford is Vice President, Talent Acquisition across the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital enterprise. In this role, he is responsible for leading talent acquisition strategies and operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and employment branding/marketing. David brings to this role significant experience in talent acquisition strategy, talent management, and workplace diversity.
Prior to joining NewYork-Presbyterian in 2015, he served as Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition at Mastercard, where he brought thought leadership to the company’s internal and external talent acquisition strategy. Previously, he worked at BlackRock as Director and Global Head of Recruiting and Diversity. From 1985 through 2008, David worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co., with increasing levels of responsibility, serving in both the Operations and Finance Divisions before holding various human capital management roles, ultimately as Vice President within Talent Acquisition.
