How long after a great date do you wait to follow up?
Are you so eager that you text right away? (maybe if it was epic)
But the general rule of thumb is to wait a day or two.
Recruiting is often compared to dating due to the similarities in processes, goals, and dynamics.
Both processes require patience, clear communication, and a focus on building a mutually beneficial relationship.
