Hot Take on WFH vs. RTO vs. Hybrid

Do you want my hot take on WFH v. RTO v. Hybrid?

Ultimately, it comes down to Trusting the employee you hired to get the job done regardless of where they are.

That said, I am also a fan of hybrid work
(with certain caveats.)

Based on my experience, I would not have a high level of specific skill sets in my industry (client services) without the years of face-to-face learning.

Is there a new generation excelling at this without human contact?
SURE.

But they are at a disadvantage as their interpersonal skills will deteriorate over time.

Call me a boomer or whatever you want, but in my line of business, genuine relationships are built and nurtured IRL one way or another.

I stand pretty firm on this POV, but I do have some more "modern" thoughts on this topic.
