In my head: How do I now change my entire interview that I prepared questions for to work within a 3 min window?
I throw it all out the door and go off the cuff with my gut. Im gonna ask him three solid questions, hard and fast, hammer it home, and deliver how I know best!
This interview exemplifies how you work with what you are given and make the best of it. An opportunity is still an opportunity so make it count!
I've had Gary on before and have had the luxury to dig into the super-important topics, so it wasn't that bad. In hindsight, I am even more proud that this is the output from only three minutes!
