What if I never got fired by Gary Vee?
What if I stayed in ad account management and was just mediocre at it, maybe changing jobs every few years?
Nine years later, where would I be now at 45? A SVP?
Probably not, because I was never destined for that.
My story NEEDED to take a turn to get me to where I am today.
In my heart, I was always destined to build my own business, not to have to answer to a boss, and to let my entrepreneurial freak flag fly!
I needed to experience this journey's highs and lows and wins and losses to say, "YES, this is my path."
Would there be #thePOZcast? Probably not.
And would I have built this brand and relationships? Def not.
I have learned to embrace the journey and not just the result.
Do I have my eye on the prize? ALWAYS.
That drives me to be my best and always move forward!
