Stephanie Synclair is the Founder and CEO of La Rue 1680, a bestselling author, radio show host, and entrepreneur. For over eight years, Stephanie built and ran an extremely successful consulting firm that worked specifically with female entrepreneurs to build a strong following excited about saying yes about themselves, products, and services.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, Stephanie began to think about how to create a product that could help people get through the tough times. She looked to her daily rituals, and the rituals she helped her coaching clients create for inspiration. With the help of pop culture's obsession with The Crown and Bridgerton, La Rue 1680, luxury loose leaf manufacturing and distribution, became an instant success.

This Episode’s Heavy-hitter’s:
When Stephanie’s son was born, everyone told her that her dreams of traveling the world were over because she would have no time. Stephanie worked hard for years after he was born to finally take her first international trip to Italy with her son when he was just seven years old, and they continued to travel the world together.
One of the most important turning points in Stephanie’s life was getting evicted and realizing that she was all on her own. Hitting that rock bottom allowed her to realize what her full potential was, and motivated her to dig her way out of her situation.
La Rue 1680 is not just a tea company, it’s a lifestyle brand. Stephanie is releasing more products like china and silverware that will enhance the overall experience of the premium loose-leaf teas that they sell.
The first time Stephanie had tea was actually because of her son. They were traveling in Asia, and her son was obsessed with tea. After begging her to try, she finally tasted the tea just to humor him, and immediately fell in love with the superior loose leaf drink.
Vogue was actually the first press outlet to pick La Rue 1860 up, and it was one sentence about the hit Netflix series Bridgerton. From there, she began to get recognition from massive outlets like CNN and sales increased over 500%.
