Family First
This was one of my favorite POZCAST episodes. This conversation hit home as it delves deeper into the brand of Adam Posner as a dad and how he wields his relationship with his wife. I learned so much more about Adam as a human.
A Must-Listen! Informative and Entertaining!
I had a fantastic time speaking with Adam as a guest on the POZcast! Adam is a smart interviewer, and we had a fruitful and engaging conversation. He really knows how to ask the right questions to draw out valuable insights from his guests. I recommend this podcast for anyone looking to learn from a wide variety of interesting career stories!

Amazing Messages in Every Episode!
Adam is such a great host that connects with his guests and listeners. As a recent guest, I had SUCH a good time sharing the message of gender equality, and the importance of bringing women into positions of power and keeping them there!

How have I missed this show? It’s no wonder there are so many episodes with some amazing people. I actually scrolled back to listen to Hala Taha’s episode about her father. What a great and valuable conversation. Excellent!

Every time I tune in, I get amped to up level my own game. Adam brings so much variety and depth to this podcast with the range and diversity of his speakers, from HR professionals, coaches, business leaders and industry experts. I also love his energy and interview style.

Conversations, not interviews
Definitely recommend the POZCast. Adam always seems to get amazing guests on the show. There isn’t an interview like a reporter would do. It almost always seem to be having an actual conversation. I’m sure that the path the is mapped out, but it still feels very natural as a listener.

This podcast is honest and REAL
What I love about talking to Adam is that he’s a *real person* that doesn’t try to act like everything is perfect (like everyone else on the internet and half the podcasts out there). His show acknowledges the challenges that come with working to succeed in business, growing a company, parenting, and everything in between. I really appreciate his honesty and will keep listening!

Great conversations, even better new ideas
Adam is a great facilitator, moves conversations along with ease, and is never afraid to tackle the elephant in the room. I appreciate his approach to tough subjects - he is direct without being inflammatory or denigrating. I loved being a guest and love listenting to his shows even more. This is a must podcast for HR professionals and leaders alike.

In a sea of mediocrity Adam shines
Podcast guests get all the hype and attention but I’ve found that it’s really the host that makes a huge impact on if the podcast is a hero or a zero. Adam is absolutely one of the best in the business. Insightful, thought provoking questions, never afraid to ask the tough questions and incredibly entertaining. Easily one of my favorite podcasts and that’s really due to how good Adam is at his craft.

Insightful
Adam has a wide variety of knowledgeable guests in various industries on his podcasts. He asks tough, insightful questions and extracts quintessential value from each person interviewed. Unlike some interviewers he does not stroke egos. He realizes the audience has invested their time, and he follows through to bring them a return on their investment.
