Kevin Wheeler:
Kevin Wheeler is a futurist, writer, and human resource, talent acquisition and learning and development advisor and consultant to many Fortune 500 companies. He is the founder of Global Learning Resources, Inc. and The Future of Talent Institute. He speaks and writes frequently about the future of talent acquisition and Human Resources. He is the author of two books, the most recent “Talent Acquisition Excellence: Using Digital Capabilities and Analytics to Improve Recruitment.” He also authors a weekly newsletter on the future of talent acquisition and HR. He is a frequent speaker at events globally and is a director of the Australasian Talent Conference in Australia.

David Crawford:
David A. Crawford is Vice President, Talent Acquisition across the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital enterprise. In this role, he is responsible for leading talent acquisition strategies and operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and employment branding/marketing. David brings to this role significant experience in talent acquisition strategy, talent management, and workplace diversity.
Prior to joining NewYork-Presbyterian in 2015, he served as Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition at Mastercard, where he brought thought leadership to the company’s internal and external talent acquisition strategy. Previously, he worked at BlackRock as Director and Global Head of Recruiting and Diversity. From 1985 through 2008, David worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co., with increasing levels of responsibility, serving in both the Operations and Finance Divisions before holding various human capital management roles, ultimately as Vice President within Talent Acquisition.
