David Rodolitz is a passionate and seasoned hospitality industry professional with over 20 years of experience owning and operating a diverse range of food and beverage establishments in New York City. From James Beard-nominated and Michelin-acknowledged restaurants to iconic bars and lounges, his expertise spans various concepts and styles.

As the founder and CEO of VCR Group, a modern hospitality company, alongside Gary Vaynerchuk and Chef Josh Capon, David is dedicated to creating consumer-centric experiences for guests. He is the visionary behind Flyfish Club, the world's first members-only private dining club, where membership is purchased on the blockchain. 

David is a co-owner of Ito, an omakase experience, in partnership with renowned chefs Masa Ito and Kevin Kim. He is also a founding partner of the Empellón Restaurant Group, where he has successfully built and operated multiple concepts, including a 3-star, NYTimes, 7,500-square-foot flagship in the heart of Midtown.

With a diverse skill set in hospitality and restaurant operations, entrepreneurship, event planning and production, marketing and branding, business development and finance, David is dedicated to pushing boundaries and delivering outstanding experiences for guests and clients.
